Add an exchange account

Add an exchange account to exchanges.

Note: This endpoint currently only supports the following exchanges INDEPENDENT_RESERVE,BIT, BITHUMB, BITSO, CRYPTOCOM, BYBIT_V2, WHITEBIT, HITBTC, GEMINI, HUOBI, GATEIO, COINHAKO, BULLISH, BITGET, and LUNO
