TrustCo requires Travel Rule piiData for withdrawals. The same fields apply to first-party and third-party withdrawals. TrustCo is a custodian, not an exchange, and is unrelated to TRUST, the Travel Rule network. For how to build, encrypt, and send the payload, see Exchanges.
